1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

• The investigation team verifies the claim and approves the refund request.
• The request is made within 2 days from the order completion date.
• The service was not delivered as promised due to an issue caused by AAIBUZZ or its service providers.
• In the case of failed, duplicate, or incorrect payments caused by a system error.

2. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the transaction.
• Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the refund is processed.

3. Liability on Delivered Goods

AAIBUZZ assumes limited liability for goods being delivered only under the following conditions:

• The customer declares the true cost and correct contents of the parcel at the time of order placement.
• A security fee of 0.85% plus GST (based on the declared cost) is paid before placing the order.
• The maximum liability coverage is ₹50,000.
• Orders exceeding ₹50,000 must have prior written approval from AAIBUZZ management.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• Delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, force majeure events).
• Orders that exceed ₹50,000 without prior approval from the management.
• Any violations of AAIBUZZ’s terms and conditions.
